Antique Kerman Lavar Rug – 100503

This 19th century carpet is a close copy of a 17th century carpet original, complete with vases, lozenge cartouches, multicolor palmettes and smaller leaves and buds. The very narrow dark blue border has a simple lancet leaf and palmette design as in the original.
