The discovery of the Ardebil carpets inspired many interpretations.Here we find the Heriz area weavers making a spectacular eggshell ground , navy medallion version. Ogival pendants ring the medallion, and accentuate the corners. The two hanging lamps are true to the original. the narow brick main turtle border scarcely serves to contain the energy.
